Small Shareholder Charity Program

Viterra is excited to team up with Telemiracle Kinsmen Foundation for a Small Shareholder Charity Program. The Program offers all Viterra shareholders who hold 99 common shares or less an opportunity to donate their shares to the Telemiracle and give back to their community.  Shareholders who choose to participate in the Program will not incur any brokerage fees and will receive a tax receipt for the value of their share donation. The proceeds of the Program go to a great cause and Viterra will match the value of the share contributions up to a maximum of $100,000 to help donations go even further.

Information on the program and forms to participate were included with Viterra's July dividend cheque and in a separate mailing at the end of October. Viterra will present a cheque to Telemiracle at Telemiracle 36, the first week in March 2012 but we will continue to accept donations after this.
